aim'n is a Swedish brand founded in 2014 by women, for women. We create empowering sportswear to celebrate femininity and our aim is to motivate women worldwide to an active lifestyle and to believe in themselves and their potential.
Our head office is based in Sweden, on the west coast just outside Halmstad and we are a team of 70 amazing people working together on this amazing journey. We have three concept stores in Sweden; they are located in Halmstad, Gothenburg and Stockholm and now also one in Norway, Oslo that we opened in November 2024.
Our concept stores are more than just places to shop; they are spaces where our customers can experience our brand, feel inspired and connect with our amazing community that shares their passion for wellness and a positive lifestyle.
Sales Assistant at aim'n
As a sales assistant at aim'n you'll play an important part in our customer experience, providing exceptional service, creating a welcoming and positive store environment and driving sales. If you are passionate about wellness and helping customers feel confident and inspired, we want to hear from you! 🤍
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers, providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and excellent customer service.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling credit and returns.
- Stay informed about our products, events and campaigns to provide accurate information to our customers.
- Contribute to a positive, warm team environment by supporting colleagues and participating in team activities and events.
Qualifications
We want you to have:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fashion or activewear environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, warm and approachable manner.
- Excellent communication skills; both in norwegian and english.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for wellness and find it inspirational to plan and execute customer events.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Employment: Part-time; 80 % with varying working hours.
